When: Wednesday, June 12th 2024 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Where: The Armory At Sage College (130 New Scotland Ave, Albany, NY 12208) & Virtual

What: The Food Summit is a biennial event designed to bring together food assistance providers, academics, advocates, and communities across New York. The all-day symposium style event aims to educate and share best practices, research, and innovations in hunger relief efforts. The focus areas for discussion will be:

·        Strengthening the Food Assistance Networks

·        Food as Medicine

·        Anti-Hunger Advocacy and Action

Size of the Event: We’re expecting 400 in-person participants – each workshop presentation will range from 20-50 people
